- I also have my boot camp classes where I train my team personally, this classes are a style of training that improve muscular power and strip the body of unwanted body fat, this is located only in Arima, Trinidad and Tobago.

- My two services are completely separate one from the other.


You can do this with no additional cost, just for the duration of the challenge.


Its super easy, I need you to have dumbbells, a booty band.


Yeah you can! Home workouts are particularly helpful for ladies who live in rural areas without well-equipped gyms, or Mums, or just ladies who don’t want to head to the gym. You get out what you put in – if you push yourself in your sessions, absolutely you can achieve amazing results at home.


With this Challenge you’ll receive a Meal Guide base on your goals with some recommendations on what foods to eat.


You will need to check with your Doctor on this. The Challenge cannot be tailored to suit any medical conditions (or conditions such as Breastfeeding), and I don’t recommend taking part if you have health concerns. If you have full clearance from your Doctor to participate, fabulous! If you don’t, please put it off until you do.


YES, my Challenges all includes a Training Plan. The training plan includes 4 to 5 training days per week, and 2 full rest day. Every workout is different, so you will remain motivated and not lose interest!
