This is my second challenge with the FitMami team! This challenge was the kickstart I needed to start 2021 on the right foot after the festive Christmas season.

Being consistent, persistant, focused, believing in yourself and achieving that goal you want is all you need. Caryn and Fefa has taught me these things strongly in being where I want to be, encouragement through this challenge. I am grateful and thankful for all that they have taught me today being a stronger and healthier person. I would recommend and I do recommend them to everyone who asks about my progress. My decision to join with caryfit has been the best thing I ever done for myself and it is such a life changing experience. I have been enrolled for the past 2 challenges and excited for my third one. I am so amazed how I have seen my body changing in the last two mths. Hats off to cary and her team for they are truly amazing coaches always there to answer any questions and guide you, also guaranteed to get results even in two weeks! When I first decided to join the FitMami Team, I really did not know what I was getting into. All I knew was, that I had recently lost a lot of weight in short amount of time and my body, I thought, showed that. I wasn’t eating well at all and I wasn’t doing any form of exercise. My partner showed me Caryn FitMami and we messaged and asked all the questions we had and we knew from then we had to sign up. Since we joined this small family, my body now looks the absolute best it ever has and my eating has done a complete 180. I’ve learned what is good, what is bad and what you can have in moderation. I’ve learned how to make ALL my favorite foods in a much healthier way. Both my partner and I feel like this is something we needed and having the support of Caryn, Estefania and our little group truly makes all the difference. Y’all have changed my life💕

Caryn and Estefania not only provided us with the workouts and diet plan but with alllll the motivation you could need. I always felt self conscious while working out so being able to workout at home while also getting motivation like you were in the gym with the group was amazing. If you’re ready to make a positive change in the way you live, I’d 10/10 recommend signing up.

Mi experiencia con el reto: De verdad fue increÃble como aprendà a ser disciplinada, a escuchar mi cuerpo y realizar los ejercicios incluso cuando ya no querÃa seguir, a medida que empece a ver los cambios me empece a esforzar mucho más, Caryn siempre fue dulce y amable guiándome todo en el tiempo con el plan de alimentación y las rutinas, realmente lo recomiendo al 100%, que si pones el compromiso y la disciplina de seguir las instrucciones veras cambios muy rápidamente.
